What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. When a page loads, it sends Cloudflare the page address, the site that linked you here, your browser and device type, and how fast the page loaded. Cloudflare uses your IP address to work out your country and states that it does not use this data to track you across other sites. The data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc., which may handle it outside Australia. We see only totals, never individual visitors.

When you email us

If you write to staycool@scaphon.com or another Scaphon address, we keep your name, email address and what you send us so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Our email is hosted by a third-party provider, so messages are also stored with that provider under its own terms.

Confidential material

Technical and commercial material we share in a briefing is shared under a non-disclosure agreement, and we treat what you share with us the same way.

Access and correction

Ask us at staycool@scaphon.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it.
